There are many areas of practice where we are able to give firm quotes for work. Please ask us. These include:-
Conveyancing, Advice on guarantees, Leases, Incorporation of Companies, Discretionary Trusts, Simple wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Directives, Probate, Guilty Pleas, Provisional Licence appspancations and Divorces
In other cases we cannot predict our charges because of the uncertainties as to how the matter may resolve and how much work will be involved. Nevertheless we will indicate our rate of charges and do our best to give you an indication of what we expect our fees will be.

Our charges vary according to whether the work is undertaken by a Partner or by an employed Solicitor.

In some cases the nature of the work will affect our rate of charges.

In most cases we shall enter into a client agreement with you at the beginning of the matter, so that all parties are informed and in agreement about the basis of our charges.

Our charges are modest and competitive. They reflect the lower overheads associated with suburban practice.

We frequently await the outcome of transactions or the settlement of matters before requiring payment of professional fees.
