We are willing to visit our elderly and infirm clients for the purpose of taking instructions for Wills and Powers of Attorney and executing these documents once they have been drawn up.

We strive to take the worry out of the Administration of Estates at a time of great distress for our clients by the speedy resolution of the Estate and our attention to detail.

We warn against the temptation to attempt to draw your own will. There are many pitfalls for the unwary, which can lead to failure of a will. Disappointment and distress.

CONVEYANCING

At no extra cost we will review a contract before you sign it. Simply give us a ring and have the Agent fax it to us.

CRIMINAL LAW, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND TRAFFIC MATTERS

We have a dedicated team of two Solicitors to deal with these matters, overseen by Managing Partner Geoff Porter.

AGENCY WORK

We are able to assist our professional colleagues with appearances in the Wynnum Magistrates Court.

PROPERTY SETTLEMENTS

Different time limits apply to bringing property settlement proceedings for married and unmarried people. For de facto spouses the relationship must last for 2 years before you can seek adjustive orders from a Court.You must make your application within 2 years of separation. For married people you must start your proceedings no later than one year after your divorce.
